I want to Sign Up - How do I proceed?

 

STEP 1

 

Decide what PRODUCTS you want to purchase.

Think of a PASSWORD you want to use (minimum 8 characters).

Think of a Passphrase you want to use (example: Question - What is my mothers

    maiden name? Answer - Johnson).

 

STEP 2

 

Click on PROCEED TO SIGNUP button (the Online Application Form will appear).

Fill in all relevant information, and click the SUBMIT button.

The Second Page offers other available products, click SUBMIT again.

 

STEP 3

 

IMPORTANT! The third page is a confirmation page! Do the following:

This page shows your Client Number. You will need this to log in!

There are two (2) links on the page. These are:

      - Click here for a printable copy of your application

      - Click here for current wire transfer information

   NOTE! You MUST PRINT the application and sign it

               It will show your Client Number, also called ID Number.

               (The ID Number is needed to login as your Username.)

 

STEP 4

 

Based on the products you are purchasing you will have to complete

some forms.

First of all; Form 211A so that we can identify you.

   With this form you also have to send a copy of your passport or drivers license as described at

    the bottom of the form.

If you are purchasing a Foundation; then Form 121A must be

   completed also.

If you are purchasing an IBC; then Form 131A must be completed also.

 

STEP 5

 

The copy of your Application should be signed and sent by regular mail

   (or Courier if you prefer so) together with the signed Forms to the below

   address (please be adviced that we can not receive the Forms by fax as we need original

    signatures):

IMPORTANT!   Until the Form(s) and passport/driver license copies has been

                            received we can NOT start our process of approving you

 

 

You may already log in to your Client Area!

The account(s) are opened and you can access them. You can fund the account(s) but not transfer

anything out of the account(s) until we have received your full payment, and we have approved you

as a client. You should use the CMS (Client Messaging System) to communicate with us if you have any

further questions or comments. The CMS is secure, while e-mail is not! You can access the

CMS through your Client Area.

(The Due Diligence process usually takes only a few days to complete. Please be patient! We will send a

notification to you through the CMS when you receive full access.)
